Charlie brings nearly fifteen years of experience in prime central London property. He began his career with one of the world’s largest serviced accommodation and corporate housing providers before moving to London’s largest lettings agency, where he worked across prime central and west London and consistently ranked among its top-billing negotiators.
He went on to manage several of the agency’s central and northwest London offices, delivering significant growth across their portfolios, before joining a boutique prime central London agency to help lead its lettings division. Over the following three years, the team achieved substantial revenue growth, developing a particular strength in high-volume, high-value short lets while also securing a number of record-breaking long-let rents across prime central and northwest London.
Charlie now leads Alexander Main’s newly launched lettings department, bringing extensive market knowledge, commercial experience and a proven track record in London’s prime rental market.
